GAME DEVELOPER HEADQUARTERS

Part of a four day intensive RFP, multiple iterations for office headquarters were produced. 3 main planning strategies were conceived to offer various conceptual layouts: Courtyard, Buildings in a Garden, and a Combination. Each iteration stressed differing levels of fenestration, layout, building form, approach, and graphic quality while fulfilling GFA requirements.
