American black walnut has long been prized by furniture makers for its depth of color. Against that dark ground, cheeses, fruit and cured meats stand out sharply.

The form is a softened rectangle with generous radiused corners and tapered edges. Sized for an evening’s spread of cheeses, charcuterie, fruit and crackers.

Handmade by Fieldstone Studios from solid black walnut and finished with food-safe oil. Please note, because the grain and color are natural, no two boards are alike.

Care
Hand wash with warm water and mild soap, then dry right away. Do not submerge or put in dishwasher. Wipe on a light coat of food-safe board oil every few weeks, or whenever the surface looks dry.
